Vera Genova has extensive background in the customer support development and the establishment and growth of CenTransit.bg – the BG IATA agency. She used to manage several Business Outsourcing Projects for the company and supervised other departments such as HR and Fares Entry departments.
She has a Master Degree in English Philology from the Sofia University and a course and Honorary Certificates in airline fares and ticketing from Oxford , UK. She has over 12-year travel industry experience working for the Bulgarian and foreign Airlines, both in Bulgaria and abroad. She has experience with 5 Computer and Global distribution systems.
